In my dissertation, Of Victims and Survivors: Towards a Collective Approach to Representing Rape Trauma, I theorize the rape victim-survivor as the audience for depictions  of rape across mediums including film, poetry, music, and documentary. My current book project delves into contemporary feminist formations in cultural work, centered on movement building in alt music scenes.
